Use this form to submit a complaint or feedback about service you’ve received from the University of Auckland. To submit a complaint about student behaviour (non-academic misconduct) or to register your concern about a student, please submit the Student Concern, Complaint or Enquiry form.

To report allegations of student academic integrity breach, please submit the Academic Integrity Breach Report online form.

The information you provide will be confidential and only released to relevant staff or management. We will work to provide an initial response to your complaint within 2 days, though it may take longer. Please note that while you may submit an anonymous complaint, we will be unable to respond if you do not provide any contact information.
