Eligibility Criteria
To be considered under the Applicants with Disabilities Admission Scheme, you must:
- Complete the online general Application for Admission into LLB Part II via SSO by 1st December 2025;
- Meet the LLB Part II Eligibility Criteria.
- Be registered with Student Disability Services (SDS) If you are not currently registered with SDS, you must upload the required evidence outlined below;
- Submit this form with your supporting documentation and evidence of refugee status by 10th October 2025.
Documentation Requirements
To apply under the Disabilities category for UTAS for LLB Part II, you must be registered with the University of Auckland's SDS.
If you are not currently registered with SDS, you must upload:
- Medical documentation from a qualified health professional outlining your condition and its impact on your studies, and
- A written explanation stating why you are not registered with SDS.
Should your exam preparation and/or performance be impacted by extenuating or unforeseen circumstances, please apply separately for Aegrotat/Compassionate Consideration.
