My Kōkiri Raumati, Summer Programmes accommodation request is not confirmed until I have received notification from Accommodation management and have returned a signed residential agreement for my booking.
Students will reside in a standard single room at a catered residence hall for the six-week summer school period.
The move-in date is Sunday 4 January 2026, and the check-out date is Thursday 19 February 2026 by 10am. If you have a place in University Accommodation commencing semester one, our Resident Manager will work with students on a late checkout/early check in to their 2026 Accommodation.
Kōkiri Raumati, Summer Programmes residents are subject to the rules that apply to residents during the academic year as displayed on the Accommodation website, including disciplinary and behavioural expectations.
The University of Auckland reserves the right to relocate any resident to another property or room for maintenance or other reasons.
