Hiwa membership cancellation form

Please fill out this form if you wish to end your monthly recurring membership to Hiwa, Recreation Centre. Please note that by submitting this form you are informing the University of Auckland that you wish to terminate your membership with Hiwa, Recreation Centre.

Your membership will only be terminated once confirmed by a member of our team.
Cancellation will take effect from the due date of your next monthly payment that is three or more working days after we receive your notice of cancellation.
Your membership cancellation request may not be processed if you have any outstanding fees due.
Upfront memberships cannot be cancelled - only complete this form for monthly recurring payment memberships.
