Introduction

This application is for the use of current UoA Students residing in University of Auckland owned/operated accommodation.

Please complete before submitting form: 

  1. Inform the Resident Manager/Coordinator of the property in which you reside of your intention to apply for withdrawal prior to the completion of your residential agreement.
  2. Discuss with the Resident Manager/Coordinator possible remedies to overcome your situation.
  3. Review your contractual obligations.
  4. Complete this application to withdraw, and this will then be sent to your Resident Manager/Coordinator
  5. Attach supporting documentation (your application cannot be considered if it is not supported by relevant supporting documentation).
  6. Your application will be reviewed by your Resident Manager. They will make a recommendation to the Head of Operations - Accommodation or Associate Director, Campus Life
  7. Once a decision has been made, if you do not agree you will have 5 business days to appeal. Accommodation staff will inform you of how this process works when you receive your withdrawal decision.

Personal details

I authorise the Associate Director (Accommodation) of Campus Life (or their nominee) to utilise the information associated within (and attached) for the purpose of considering my application for withdrawal. I understand that such information will be used for the purpose of this application only.
