Introduction
This application is for the use of current UoA Students residing in University of Auckland owned/operated accommodation.
Please complete before submitting form:
- Inform the Resident Manager/Coordinator of the property in which you reside of your intention to apply for withdrawal prior to the completion of your residential agreement.
- Discuss with the Resident Manager/Coordinator possible remedies to overcome your situation.
- Review your contractual obligations.
- Complete this application to withdraw, and this will then be sent to your Resident Manager/Coordinator
- Attach supporting documentation (your application cannot be considered if it is not supported by relevant supporting documentation).
- Your application will be reviewed by your Resident Manager. They will make a recommendation to the Head of Operations - Accommodation or Associate Director, Campus Life
- Once a decision has been made, if you do not agree you will have 5 business days to appeal. Accommodation staff will inform you of how this process works when you receive your withdrawal decision.
