The right mix of participants is critical in creating an open safe environment where experiences and perspectives are exchanged leading to the goal of substantial personal growth. While there are no set educational or work experience qualifications required for the Leadership Mindset programme, we will review each application and speak to all applicants prior to enrolment.

Substitution and cancellation policy
You may substitute an alternate participant, provided the substitution happens before the programme commences. Cancellations within 30 days of programme commencement will incur the full programme fee.
