• A member of our teaching staff will review the information you provide on your project for compatibility with the academic knowledge and capabilities of our students, and our course learning objectives. They may contact you to discuss and to ask for further information.
• We will let you know if your project has been accepted or is not suitable for our students.
• If accepted, your project will be scheduled for one of our academic Semesters or Quarters.
• At the start of the Semester or Quarter, your project will be allocated to a student or student team, with students spending 8–10 weeks working on your project.  

• Don't worry if you can't provide everything listed, we can work with you to determine what is feasible.
• Your data and information will be treated confidentially in accordance with University privacy policies. You may wish to additionally ensure this through the use of an NDA.
